Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

We aim to ship all items quickly. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once packing and the shipping process have begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds

All packages are shipped from our warehouse in China, and any returns must be sent back to that same warehouse. We will provide you with the return address once your return has been authorized.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during transit. Simply let us know and we will provide you with a return address along with a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our support team and we will do our best to help you.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning items to our warehouse in China, including but not limited to: duties, customs charges, or transit fees that may be imposed by governments; insurance or costs related to items lost in transit; or delays caused by shipping strikes, epidemics, or other unforeseen events.

To receive a refund, please return the item(s) in their original condition, with the original packaging and any free gifts included. We will refund your purchase amount within 7 business days of receiving the item, less the value of any gifts, promotional items, or volume discounts that no longer apply (as these were granted based on a specific purchase volume or item count). Please ship the return with insurance and tracking, and email us the tracking code and tracking link so we can confirm receipt — without this, we will not be able to process the refund.

When We Cannot Issue a Refund

We do not issue a refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., an incorrect shipping address).
  • You return items without our prior authorization.
  • Items show signs of damage that did not previously exist, have been worn, or have been stolen after delivery.
  • Items are returned more than 14 days after return authorization.
  • Returned items arrive at our warehouse more than 4 weeks after return authorization.
  • Returned items do not arrive for any reason (rerouting, being held for taxes, duties, customs, or transit fees, loss in transit, etc.).

Timeframe for Refund Requests

You may submit a refund request within 14 days of delivery, or 14 days after the guaranteed delivery window (45 days) expires, whichever comes first.

You can do so by sending a message through our Contact page or by emailing info@cotton-montreal.com.

Our responses to your refund requests must be followed by a reply from you within 4 days. Without a reply, the refund request will automatically expire. New refund requests may be submitted as long as they fall within the 14-day return window mentioned above.
